Jordanian Field Hospital, Gaza 79, dealt with 16,000 patients since inception, says commander

The Jordanian Field Hospital Gaza/79 staff continue to provide medical, therapeutic, and humanitarian services to the people in the Gaza Strip to alleviate their suffering in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip.

“Since its inception, the hospital has dealt with 16,000 patients and performed 201 major and minor surgeries,” said the hospital’s force commander.

He added that the hospital represents a Jordanian humanitarian commitment and a continuation of the Hashemite march of benevolence and giving, as it seeks to provide the best medical and therapeutic services to our brothers in Gaza since its launch in 2009 until today.

For their part, hospital patients commended His Majesty King Abdullah’s stances and efforts to support the Palestinian people at various levels, noting his continuous directives to sustain the work of the Jordanian field hospital, which always seeks to provide the best care for patients in the Gaza Strip.
