Minister Yassin: Number of displaced ranging from 150,000 to 200,000


The number of people who have been displaced from the various Lebanese regions ranges from 150,000 to 200,000, head of the government’s emergency committee, environment minister Nasser Yassin told VDTL (Sawt Kel Lebnen) radio station on Thursday.

“53,000 displaced have been contained in shelters,” he indicated, noting that other displaced have either rented houses of stayed at relatives’.
