President inaugurates 115 development projects in Sana’a


President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Wednesday inaugurated 115 development projects in the capital Sana’a, with a total investment of 18.8 billion Y.R.

The launch coincides with the Yemeni celebrations of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday and the tenth anniversary of the September 21 Revolution.

Accompanied by Mayor of Sana’a, Hamoud Obbad, and other officials, President al-Mashat announced projects including stone paving, street rehabilitation, and maintenance of rainwater drainage systems.

Key initiatives also include 23 projects for water and sewage networks, and various educational and health facility upgrades.

The President emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing local development and urged collaborative efforts to improve citizens’ living conditions amid ongoing challenges.

Additionally, he unveiled 66 more projects under implementation, totaling 16.6 billion riyals, aimed at further supporting community infrastructure and services.
