Abdullah Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center Launches Course to Teach Arabic Language

Abdullah Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs launched an intensive training course to teach Arabic to non-native speakers for men and women from the communities residing in the country.

In a statement Wednesday, the center said that 201 non-Arabic speakers, including 106 men and 95 women, are participating in the course, which is one of the important courses offered by the center to the various non-Arabic speaking communities, as it contributes to enhancing their communication with the Qatari society and increasing constructive interaction between them.

The course is held intensively throughout May, in two periods, morning and evening, commensurate with the times of the participants and allows all those wishing to learn the Arabic language to be accommodated.

During the days of Eid Al Fitr, the center held a program for the Urdu-speaking Muslim community on the importance of spending for the sake of God, and its importance in social solidarity and bringing happiness to all, with the participation of 300 people.
