Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) and Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre have started the handover process of 306 villas to Emirati beneficiaries of the Al Saad residential project in Al Ain. This follows the completion of the allocation process for the project.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Al Saad residential project features five-bedroom villas, each covering 505 square metres and built on plots of 2,025 square metres. The development includes integrated community and service facilities. Among these are three commercial complexes that house 18 stores, three mosques with a combined capacity for 2,260 worshippers, 34 parks, and a community centre, also known as a majlis.
Spanning 1.23 million square metres, the project represents an investment of AED993.7 million and includes 306 residential units. The initiative aims to provide comprehensive residential solutions to meet the needs of the Emirati community.
