Acting Commander of National Center for Security Operations Inspects Unified Security Operations Center in Makkah

Makkah: The Commander of the National Center for Security Operations, Colonel Omar bin Aida Al-Talhi, inspected the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah, which keeps active to receive security and humanitarian calls and provides the necessary assistance to pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season 1445 AH on the unified emergency number (911).

Al-Talhi emphasized providing services to pilgrims and ensuring their security and safety, referring their reports to the competent authorities in record time, dealing with them with precision and high professionalism, following up on them until they are addressed, and providing support and assistance to the partner agencies in the center to implement the comprehensive emergency plan for Hajj and achieve coordination and integration between the security and service agencies.

The Unified Security Operations Centers (911) in Makkah are specialized in receiving all emergency calls.

During the Hajj season 1444 AH, the center received 1,127,829 calls. The secu
rity operations centers are one of the Ministry of Interior’s initiatives projects, which are in cooperation with the Quality of Life Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs.
