ABU DHABI, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that the shares of MBME GROUP, a Private Joint Stock Company, will be listed on ADX under the trading symbol (MBME) and the ISIN: AEE01201M235 with effect from Monday, 17th April 2023, in the Second Market.
DX second market is part of the existing infrastructure of ADX to list private companies. Investors are able to buy and sell securities of private companies depending on fundamentals like supply, demand, financial statements and other disclosures.
