After 10 Years of Depression for Missing Hajj, African Man Had His Dream of Pilgrimage Realized Thanks to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program

Makkah: Ismael Maysounah, an African man from Ghana, had a wish to perform Hajj, and he came to Makkah in 2013 for that purpose but was unable to make it as he got sick. Over the past ten years, Maysounah was depressed for being unable to perform Hajj and was always praying that he would get the chance to make it, until he received a call from the Kingdom’s Embassy in Accra informing him that he had been chosen to perform this year’s Hajj under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program.

Ismael extended his thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for hosting him in the program and granting him the privilege to perform Hajj, thanking the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance for their hospitality and generosity.
