Ahmed bin Mohammed Inaugurates Dubai Emiratisation Forum Highlighting Talent Development


Dubai: H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, attended the opening of the Dubai Emiratisation Forum at the One and Only One Za’abeel Hotel in Dubai. The event, themed ‘Solid Partnerships for Sustainable Development’, underscores Dubai’s commitment to developing human capital and enhancing the competitiveness of Emirati talent.



According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed emphasized that the forum serves as a strategic platform to strengthen public-private and educational partnerships. The initiative aims to advance the leadership’s vision of investing in people for sustainable development. The event was held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed and witnessed the participation of key figures like Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, and Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, among others.



In his keynote address, Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori reiterated the Dubai Emiratisation Council’s commitment to preparing national talent for the labor market. He acknowledged the support from partners in achieving Emiratisation goals, providing opportunities for Emirati youth, and enhancing Dubai’s reputation as a leading model for people investment and future development.



During the forum, the Emirates Human Resources Development Council launched the ‘Dubai Ambition’ initiative. This initiative targets the employment of 5,000 Emiratis in the private sector this year and aims to deliver training and development programs for 20,000 Emirati students and graduates in collaboration with public and private sector organizations.



H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also participated in group photos with 29 graduates of the Chief Financial Officer Programme, which focuses on developing national talents into financial leaders. He also posed with partners of the ‘Tomouh Dubai’ initiative, highlighting the collaborative efforts to nurture national talent.



The forum provided a platform for Emiratisation partners to exchange ideas and showcase efforts supporting Dubai’s human development goals, reinforcing the council’s dedication to nurturing national talent.
