Ajman:The Ajman Government Media Office has announced the strategic vision and objectives for the inaugural Ajman Media Forum 2026, set to take place on November 18 and 19. The event, themed 'Who Owns the Signal?', was unveiled during a press conference held at the Thara Centre for Entrepreneurship in Ajman.

According to Emirates News Agency, the forum aims to establish Ajman as a regional hub for media dialogue and innovation by gathering local and international expertise from various sectors, including media, technology, and the creative economy. The event will explore the ongoing transformations in the media industry while promoting trust, credibility, and innovation.

The forum is structured around five key themes media transformations, artificial intelligence in content creation, building trust and countering disinformation, national reputation and government communication, and digital platforms and the media economy. Strategic partners such as the National Media Authority, TRENDS Group, and Abu Dhabi Media Network will contribute their expertise to enrich the programme.

The event will feature interactive experiences, including a Mediathon and an 'AI Media Lab', offering participants the opportunity to engage with emerging media technologies. Additionally, the forum will spotlight China's advancements in media and technology, enhancing international collaboration and knowledge exchange.
