Al Ain:H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Ain Region, has inaugurated the first Al Ain Future Business Forum. The event, organized by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), was held at the ADNEC Centre in Al Ain from September 23 to 24, 2026, under the theme "Invest, Develop, Thrive."

According to Emirates News Agency, the forum gathered government officials, decision-makers, business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and representatives from both Emirati and international entities. Discussions focused on investment opportunities to advance economic diversification in the Al Ain Region.

H.H. Sheikh Hazza engaged with senior decision-makers and experts on various policies, infrastructure, access to capital, talent development, and strategies to enhance Al Ain's role in supporting socio-economic development in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

He emphasized the forum's role in uniting the public and private sectors, alongside investors, entrepreneurs, and innovators, to exchange expertise, explore collaboration opportunities, and build impactful partnerships for long-term economic growth in the Al Ain Region.

He also highlighted the need to leverage Al Ain's competitive advantages and potential to attract quality investments, aligning with President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's strategic vision for a knowledge-based, innovation-driven economy.

Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADDED, remarked that Sheikh Hazza's patronage and presence at the forum underscore the leadership's vision and commitment to strengthening the emirate's economic ecosystem, making it a global hub for talent, businesses, and investments.

The forum brought together over 4,800 policymakers, senior business executives, investors, and entrepreneurs globally, featuring more than 70 speakers. They discussed topics such as investment opportunities, talent development, advanced manufacturing, agricultural technology, smart mobility, renewable energy, and sustainable tourism.
