The head of the National Resilience Program, Qassem Al-Hamran, and the Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Salim Al-Mughlis, inaugurated the activities of the National Resilience Program in Al-Dhale' province.
During the inauguration, which was attended by the governor of the province, Abd al-Latif al-Shaghdari, the deputy minister of civil service, Abdullah al-Moayyed, the heads of the Authority and the General Insurance Corporation, the undersecretaries of the Ministry of Service, the leaders of the local authority and the executive offices in the province, Al-Hamran stressed that the current stage is more dangerous than the stage of direct military and security confrontation with the aggression coalition and its mercenaries.
He explained that this stage requires constant vigilance, caution, and awareness of the nature of challenges from all officials and workers in various state institutions, strengthening cohesion with society in various directorates, isolation, villages, going down to meet people, listening to them, meet their needs and aspirations, harness all available efforts and capabilities for that.
The head of the program praised the steadfastness and sacrifices of the people of Al-Dhale' and their role through the various stages and historical stations in confronting colonialism and occupation, purifying the homeland from their defilement, and preserving the unity of the country and social cohesion.
For his part, Minister Al-Mughlis explained that the field visit of the leadership of the ministry and its affiliated institutions to Al-Dhale' province and its free districts aim to provide assistance and technical support to the local authority, support mobilization and development efforts, get a close look at people's concerns, needs, enhance cooperation and integration between central and local state institutions in serving citizens in various fields parts of the country.
He stressed the importance of continuous follow-up and evaluation to improve service institutional performance, attention to educational, and societal aspects, and addressing all negative phenomena.
Al-Shaghdari affirmed the willingness, and readiness of the leaders of the local authority in the province and the directorates to facilitate all procedures for the central authorities in charge of supervising the implementation of the activities of the National Resilience Program in a way that achieves its goals, is reflected in strengthening efforts and improving performance in the service of citizens
