Al-Hawij directs the renewal and organization of the commercial register of national and foreign companies.

The Minister of Economy and Trade, Muhammad Al-Hawij, held a meeting today, Monday, that included the head of the Commercial Registry Authority, the Director General of the Authority, the minister’s advisor, and the director of the legal department in the ministry, in order to follow up on the activity of the General Commercial Registration Authority and the performance of the branches and offices in various regions.

Al-Hawaij directed the development of the Authority’s work mechanism in renewing and organizing the commercial registry of national and foreign companies in accordance with the law and the regulating regulations, and facilitating procedures for registering commercial records.

He also stressed that granting the authorized representative of the company the ability to register and complete the procedures through the electronic system so that it is not limited to the notaries of the contracts, and to strengthen the follow-up of the branches of the authority and its affiliated offices in all regions.
