Abu dhabi: Aldar announced today the launch of "The Row Saadiyat," an exclusive residential and lifestyle quarter set within the Saadiyat Cultural District, prominently located near the Zayed National Museum's wings. Framed by architectural landmarks, The Row Saadiyat offers residents a vantage point over Abu Dhabi's celebrated cultural icons, including the nearby Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi.
According to Emirates News Agency, The Row Saadiyat is positioned in the social heart of the island, connecting residents directly to the district's cultural institutions and lifestyle experiences. Through shaded, air-conditioned pedestrian bridges, residents will have access to Saadiyat Grove, an upcoming luxury retail destination, as well as Mamsha Beach. The development spans seven mid-rise buildings, each featuring nine floors and two parking basements. The first phase, launching on 1 November, will consist of three buildings with 315 homes for sale.
At the core of the community is a dual lifestyle concept - "connect to disconnect" - which blends vibrant social spaces at ground level with private retreats above. The buildings will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with interiors by Kettle Collective. Ground floors will include spaces for dining, wellness, and lifestyle concepts. Jonathan Emery, CEO of Aldar Development, emphasized the unique blend of contemporary design and cultural context, highlighting the development's commitment to creating globally relevant communities deeply connected to their surroundings.
