Constitutional, legal, Judicial Committee of Shura Council held

The Constitutional, Legal and Judicial Committee of Shura Council held a meeting on Sunday under chairmanship of Council Speaker Mohammed al-Aidarous.

The meeting discussed issues related to the amendments to the Committee’s plan for 1445 AH according to the decision of the chairmanship of the Council, and the Committee’s vision on addressing traffic imbalances and amendments to the current traffic law, and the judicial and legal imbalances facing the judiciary.

The Speaker appreciated the efforts and members of the active committee in community activity in general and the contribution to solving many issues related to the citizen and society.

He stressed the importance of working to raise visions in coordination with the concerned authorities to put appropriate amendments to the current traffic law in line with the current situation and contribute to addressing the problems of congestion and traffic accidents caused by motorcycles, transported and modified cars, and random parking of markets and service facilities.

Al-Aidarous stressed the importance of developing effective proposals that contribute to addressing the shortcomings in the judicial authority and improving the overall performance of the judiciary.
