Sana’a – Saba: A decree was issued on Monday by President of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Dr. Abdul-Momen Shuja’ al-Din to transfer a number of judges to work in a number of appellate courts as follows:
– Taha Abdullah Ahmed Aqbah – President of the Capital Sana’a Appeal Court – President of the First Criminal Division.
– Fawaz Faisal Sultan al-Maqtari – President of the Taiz Province Appeal Court – President of the Criminal and Personal Division.
– Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed al-Jarmouzi – President of the Hodeida Province Appeal Court – President of the First Division.
– Sari Mohammed Saleh al-Ajili – President of the Ibb Province Appeal Court – President of the First Criminal Division.
– Hussein Hamoud Mohammed Mohammed al-Houthi – President of the Hajjah Province Appeal Court – President of the First Criminal Division.
– Ahmed Yahya Sharaf Ali Sharaf al-Din – President of the Court of Appeal of Amran Province- President of the First Criminal Division.
