Defense Minister patronizes graduation of 27th batch of joint staff training course

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah patronized and attended the graduation ceremony of the 27th joint staff training course on Thursday.

In a press release by Kuwait Army Chief of the General Staff, the Defense Minister affirmed that having a developed strong army depends on being well armed and having a good training to face different challenges.

He conveyed to the graduates the greetings of His Highness the Amir and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

On his part, acting Commander of Mubarak Al-Abdullah Joint Command and Staff College Brigadier General Staff Pilot Faisal Al-Shammari said that knowledge and science is key to developing the military sector.

He added that the college focuses on developing military skills through different operational training methods.

The ceremony was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mishal Al-Sabah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Anwar Al-Barjas and senior military officials.
