Abu Dhabi: Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar) has launched its first residential project on the prestigious Al Reem Island in the Abu Dhabi emirate, named RIVAGE. The launch signifies a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between Deyaar and Arady Properties PSC.

According to Emirates News Agency, the development offers a fusion of luxury living, breathtaking views, and world-class amenities while incorporating sustainability into its architectural design. RIVAGE provides a variety of residential options, catering to both investors and families, and features 1, 2, and 3-bedroom luxury residences, opulent duplexes, bespoke Sky Villas, and the celestial Sky Palaces.

Construction for RIVAGE is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027, as stated in a company press release.
