Dubai: As part of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority's commitment to supporting its employees' children and promoting initiatives that develop their skills, the Authority organised the "Dubai.it-Youth Program" coinciding with preparations for the start of the new academic year. The program embodies the "Dubai-it" philosophy, focusing on learning by doing and turning ideas into action through interactive experiences that combine learning and leadership.

According to Emirates News Agency, the program involved a number of the Authority's employees' children, aged 11 to 17, who participated in hands-on interactive activities designed to build self-confidence and develop leadership skills. The initiative also aimed to instill values of initiative and teamwork, encouraging creativity and making a positive impact in their surroundings.

Aisha Al Kharousi, Head of the Development and Empowerment Section at Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, emphasized the importance of investing in young generations. She stated, "At Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, we believe that investing in people begins with investing in young generations, and supporting our employees' children is part of our responsibility toward the future." The program aims to prepare a generation capable of creating impact and contributing to Dubai's development journey.

The program concluded with activities that showcased participants' engagement and enthusiasm, transforming their learning into real actions and enhancing their readiness for the upcoming academic stage. This initiative aligns with the "Dubai Actions" philosophy, which promotes "action" as a shared language of communication and development.
