According to Emirates News Agency, this statement was made as H.H. Sheikh Saud welcomed graduates and students from the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research Scholarship Programme at Nad Al Habbi Majlis in Saqr bin Mohammed City.

H.H. Sheikh Saud expressed pride in the academic achievements of the students at both national and international universities. He acknowledged their success as a valuable contribution to the UAE's development journey and extended his wishes for their continued success in future endeavors.
