Dr Mohammad Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention has highlighted the significance of the UAE leadership organising a day to celebrate Emirati doctors in recognition of their humanitarian role in preserving the health of the community.
“Our doctors have always demonstrated the highest levels of commitment and responsibility and their readiness to give and sacrifice at the service of their leadership and nation,” he added.
“This day is an opportunity to introduce our national medical competencies, enhance patient confidence in the capabilities of Emirati doctors, and strengthen the partnership with media to highlight the indispensable role of the Emirati doctor, whom the Ministry of Health and other health authorities are proud of,” Al Olama said.
Al Olama further added, “This special day aims to honour Emirati doctors who have proven efficiency in their work and sacrifice their time and effort, highlight their dedication, and celebrate their great contributions to providing the best healthcare services.”
Al Olama expressed his deep pride in the national cadres in the medical sector, stressing that Emirati doctors are an example to follow and a role model for efficiency, sacrifice, and dedication.
He underlined that honouring Emirati doctors is a catalyst for them to exert more efforts at the service of their nation.
