The Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Hisham Sharaf Abdullah, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Tsakana on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
