Forum for Kenyan Graduates of Higher Education Institutions Concludes

The Forum for Graduates of Higher Education Institutions concluded today in Kenya. The event brought together over 300 academics, researchers, and Kenyan Islamic scholars who are graduates of Saudi universities.

The closing statement of the forum — organized by the Islamic University of Madinah in cooperation with Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Umm Al-Qura University in Nairobi, Kenya — commended the significant efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of education and the special care its pays to students from Kenya.

Participants acknowledged the role of the Ministry of Education and Saudi universities in organizing the forum and enriching it with valuable contributions and discussions. They praised the Kingdom’s efforts to promote the true essence of Islam, and the values of moderation and tolerance.

Participants in the forum also recommended the establishment of a center to collect and analyze data that distort and misrepresent Islam and its civilization, in coordination wit
h relevant authorities.

The forum highlighted the importance of strengthening international communication and cooperation between Saudi university graduates, particularly educational leaders, and the Saudi universities themselves.
