Mina: The General Presidency of Islamic Research and Ifta has answered a staggering number of inquiries related to Hajj this year. Over 310,000 calls were answered over the phone, and an additional 110,000 messages were sent through its WhatsApp service.
Its endeavor began on the first of Dhul-Qi’dah 1445 AH; the goal was to clarify pilgrims’ uncertainties surrounding Hajj rituals, rulings, and requirements.
By providing guidance based on the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), the presidency enabled a smoother and more informed Hajj experience for pilgrims.
