Ghitha Holding Reports AED3.4 Billion Revenue in First Half of 2026

Abu dhabi: Ghitha Holding PJSC, a diversified conglomerate with interests in agriculture, food production, and distribution, has announced its consolidated financial results for the first half of the year ending June 30, 2026. The company, a subsidiary of 2PointZero, reported a revenue increase of 28 percent year-over-year, reaching AED3.4 billion. This growth is attributed to sustained demand across essential food categories and momentum in the group's core business segments.

According to Emirates News Agency, Ghitha Holding's revenue in the second quarter alone surged by 34 percent year-over-year to AED1.7 billion. The company's gross profit also saw an 11 percent year-over-year increase, totaling AED666.2 million in the first half of 2026. This profit growth was supported by the group's expanding revenue base and continued diversification in its operations.

Falal Ameen, CEO of Ghitha Holding, highlighted the company's strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of Taaza by NRTC, which has bolstered the group's presence in the fruits and vegetables sector. This acquisition is part of the company's fresh-produce strategy aimed at enhancing farm-to-market capabilities. Furthermore, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the subsidiaries Al Ain Farms and NRTC to launch Al Ain Taaza, a locally integrated juice platform leveraging the complementary strengths of both groups.

On the operational front, Ghitha Holding has advanced its SAP implementation to improve efficiency, data visibility, and scalability across its platform. This transformation is part of a broader effort to modernize the group's technology infrastructure, enhance supply-chain visibility, and support data-driven decision-making.

Looking forward, Ghitha Holding is committed to disciplined growth by scaling its integrated food and agriculture platforms and exploring opportunities aligned with its strategic objectives. The company aims to further drive operational efficiencies, advance digital capabilities, and strengthen its leadership in various categories, thereby contributing to the UAE's long-term food security goals.
