Gunners continue to lead, as United move fourth in PL

Arsenal continued their fine form and ended 2022 seven points clear at the top of the Premier League after a convincing 4-2 win over Brighton.

Bukayo Saka and Martin Ødegaard put the Gunners 2-0 up at the break before Eddie Nketiah added a third after the break. Gabriel Martinelli cancelled out Kaoru Mitoma’s consolation before Evan Ferguson set up a nervy finish, but Arsenal held on.

In the meantime, Marcus Rashford came off the bench to score the winner for Manchester United against Wolves. He netted the ball late into the game to secure a 1-0 victory for his team that moves them above Tottenham into the top four.
