Health Ministry: Over 74,000 Pilgrims to Date Have Received Medical Care During Hajj Season 1445 AH

Makkah: According to the Ministry of Health, more than 74,000 pilgrims have received medical care from the first of Dhul-Qi’dah to the fourth of Dhul-Hijjah.

The ministry offered a wide range of services, including medical and specialist clinics, pharmacies, kidney dialysis centers, intensive care units, and isolation units to patients.

Healthcare professionals performed 15 open-heart surgeries, 181 cardiac catheterizations, and 536 kidney dialysis procedures.

Some 1,605 pilgrims were admitted to hospitals and medical centers for treatment.

This efficient healthcare delivery reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy Hajj experience for all during the season.
