Health sector embodies charity and compassion values on Prophet’s birthday anniversary

Yemen is witnessing a broad momentum of celebrations commemorating the birth of the Prophet, consolidating the identity of faith and the values of belonging to the Great Messenger, may God’s prayers , peace be upon him , his family, and the embodiment of his love.

As the 12th day of Rabi’ al-Awwal approaches, the various official and popular sectors are competing in acts of charity and charity, taking care of the charitable, relief, humanitarian aspects, and caring for the poor as an embodiment of Mohammedan values.

Revolution Leader , Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, stressed in his speech during the inauguration of the Prophet’s Birthday activities, the necessity of paying attention to charity, cooperation, caring for the poor and needy, maintaining family ties, intensifying awareness-raising activities about the Prophet’s biography, and talking about the person of the Messenger through the Holy Qur’an and the corresponding Prophet’s biography.

Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi stressed the importance of everyone making this occasion a station that helps to set out and provide divine light, purification of souls, sincerity in work , changing reality at this stage and difficult circumstances.

On Prophet’s birthday anniversary , the health sector’s participation was not limited to celebratory activities, but rather by establishing medical camps and making discounts in various hospitals, to alleviate the pain of patients, especially the poor, out of love for the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him ,his family and grant them peace.

Public Health and Population Minister , Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakkil, stressed the importance of investing in the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday in promoting the values of charity, compassion, and solidarity brought by the Great Messenger, may God bless him, his family and grant them peace.

Minister Al-Mutawakkil said in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): “We in the health sector recall the greatness of this occasion and are keen for it to reflect positively on citizens by embodying the values of compassion, benevolence, sacrifice, giving, honesty and sincerity in work that the Noble Messenger urged us to do, may the best prayers be upon him, his family, and the purest peace.”

He explained that all governmental hospitals, and private health ,medical facilities in the capital secretariat and the provinces have adopted reductions ranging between 20, 30 and 50 percent, whether in examinations, diagnostic examinations or operations.

The Minister of Health pointed out that the level of readiness of hospitals and health facilities to receive beneficiaries has been raised, praising their efforts to continue providing and developing medical services to citizens.

He stated that all health offices have been directed to implement treatment and surgical camps to serve citizens and alleviate their suffering in view of the difficult circumstances resulting from the continued US-Saudi aggression and its unjust siege, in addition to distributing medicines to those with chronic diseases.

While the Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Mutahar Al-Marouni, indicated that the health sector rejoices on the occasion of the honorable birth of the Prophet, may the best blessings ,peace be upon its owner and his family, by holding many activities and events that express the greatness of the occasion.

He pointed out that the health sector is commemorating this anniversary by promoting the values of solidarity and charity and holding charitable dinners for the vulnerable and workers in the health sector, as well as providing discounted and free services to patients and needy in various health facilities.

Regarding the major central events that will be held on Rabi’ al-Awwal 12 in various provinces, Dr. Al-Marouni confirmed the readiness of medical teams for the events in various arenas, noting that hospitals, field camps, and mobile clinics equipped with medical supplies, medicines, ambulances, and others equipped with intensive care have been prepared.

He pointed out that medical personnel have been allocated to provide health services to the guests of the Messenger of God, may God bless him ,his family and grant them peace, in hospitals, field camps and ambulances, as well as medical equipment at the main entrances and intersections of the roads leading to the squares.

The Deputy Minister of Health confirmed that the readiness of all public , private medical bodies, hospitals, and centers had been raised during the celebration of this solemn religious occasion in the capital and the provinces.

The Prophet’s birthday is an occasion to thank God for the blessing of finding Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, whom He sent as a mercy to the worlds. It includes charity, kindness, and benevolence to the poor, which makes people feel the love of the most honorable Messenger and his veneration in their hearts.
