Hong Kong Records Highest Temperature Since 1884

Abu dhabi: Hong Kong's weather observatory posted a record high temperature of 36.9°C on Sunday as Typhoon Dolphin swept warm air over the city, the meteorological service said.

According to Emirates News Agency, "The maximum temperature recorded at the observatory was 36.9 degrees, the highest ever recorded since 1884," the Hong Kong Observatory said. The unprecedented rise in temperature has drawn attention to the changing weather patterns and the potential impact of climate phenomena such as typhoons on regional temperatures.
