His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Sadyr Japarov of the Kyrgyz Republic on the anniversary of his country’s Independence Day.
