His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met with Indian President Droupadi Murmu in New Delhi today.
HRH the Crown Prince was received by Murmu and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi upon arrival at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Murmu welcomed HRH Prince Mohammed to India and wished him and his accompanying delegation a pleasant stay, and the Crown Prince expressed happiness at visiting India.
HRH the Crown Prince’s motorcade was given an official reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan; it was accompanied by horses and was greeted with a 21-gun salute.
Saudi and Indian national anthems were played before the Crown Prince inspected the guard of honor, and official photos were taken on the occasion.
HRH the Crown Prince met with several Indian ministers and senior officials, while President Murmu received Crown Prince Mohammed’s delegation, which included Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of State, member of Cabinet, and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Fadley, Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Al-Swaha, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, Advisor at the Royal Court Muhammad bin Mazyad Al-Tuwaijri, HRH the Crown Prince’s Secretary Dr. Bandar bin Obaid Al-Rasheed, and Saudi Ambassador to India Saleh bin Eid Al-Hussaini.
