Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services to Conduct 10 Advisory Studies for 1445 AH Hajj Season

Makkah, The Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services at Umm Al-Qura University is scheduled to conduct around ten specialized advisory studies aimed at improving services provided to pilgrims during the Hajj season of 1445 AH.

The institute has focused on offering training and qualification studies for workers in the Hajj and Umrah sector. This is being achieved through more than 350 training programs covering diverse skills in fields such as management, hospitality, technology, safety, quality, supervision, and effective communication. These programs have benefited some 160,000 individuals across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Recently, the institute launched the Rafid Al-Haramain Initiative, providing around 100,000 training opportunities in collaboration with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

The institute also conducts research advisory studies related to public health and large gatherings in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. These studies aim to enhance the health s
ervices provided during the Hajj and Umrah seasons to ensure the ongoing safety of pilgrims, Umrah performers, and healthcare providers. There have been some 30 studies based on 14,500 research samples.

Additionally, the institute offers translation services in more than 20 languages, employing around 60 translators. These services have benefited over five million people worldwide.
