Int@j launches training on best practices in IT outsourcing

The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan, best known as Int@j, is hosting the renowned Canadian expert in IT outsourcing, Olga Fragis, who is scheduled to provide a training course on best practices in IT outsourcing. The training, the first of its kind in the region, would focus on the best global strategies and practices in IT outsourcing under the title "IT Outsourcing Success Training and Workshop," according to an Int@j statement. IT outsourcing refers to hiring external service providers or companies to handle various IT functions and activities on behalf of an organisation. These functions could include software development, application management, infrastructure management, network services, technical support, data management, and information security. The specialised training course would provide IT service providers or organisations benefiting from these services with an understanding of the outsourcing process based on best practices and required management strategies in IT services. The event is being held in partnership with the Canadian company "Live Assets" and will take place on July 27 in Amman.
