‘JS Al Sultan’ crowned Champion Stallion in EAHS National Arabian Horse Show finale


The Emirates Arabian Horse Society (EAHS) National Arabian Horse Show concluded Sunday evening, following a four-day event at Budheib Academy. The competition, which began last Thursday, featured 405 horses representing various studs in the UAE and belonging to 209 owners.

EAHS Director-General Mohamed Ahmed Al Harbi crowned the winners in the presence of many owners, breeders and stud managers from the UAE.

The competition was fierce and powerful on the last day of the event, with some studs sharing titles in different categories, as the first places in the 6 categories went to the horses of: Al Jawaher Stud, Al Saqran Stud, Al Gheed Stud, Bin Humayla Stud, Jassem Al Naqbi, Mansour Al Mazrouei, and Ali Bushehab Al Suwaidi.

Owned by Al Saqran Arabian Horse Stud, SQ Ghandoura managed to win 1st place in the Yearling Fillies Championship, leaving 2nd place to Mezyad Arabian Studs filly MZ Afaal, while Maha Al Fahaid landed the bronze for Abdullah Saeed Al Hajeri.

AJH Shihanah earned the golden medal in the
Junior Fillies Championship for owner Jasem Mohammed Al Naqbi, edging over Kunooz Al Bahya for Salma Mohamed Al Ali, and the bronze medal went to Haya Al Fahaid for owner Mohamed Saeed Al Hajeri.

In the Yearling Colts Championship, Sarab BHM earned a golden medal for Bin Humaila Arabian Horse Stud after defeating Redan Al Sadeem, the silver medal winner for Al Sadeem Arabian Horse Stud, as A L A Sinjar took home the bronze medal for Mohamed Butti Al Abdouli.

Al Gheed Arabian Horse Stud took home a golden medal thanks to Exeer Al Gheed dominating the Junior Colts Championship, leaving the silver medal for MZ Adeeb owned by Mezyad Arabian Stud, and Ramz Alyah won the bronze medal for Mohamed Ahmed Abdullateef Al Ali.

In the finale, JS Al Sultan won the golden medal for Al Juwaher Arabian Horse Stud in the Senior Stallions Championship, while Dany Al Zobair took the silver medal for owner Jamila Mohamed Al Rasheed, and M Munther was the bronze medal recipient for owner Mansour Saeed Al Mazrouei.
