Judge Mujahid Ahmed Abdullah, the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, conducted an inspection visit on Sunday of real estate documentation offices in the capital Sana’a and Sana’a province.
During his visit, Judge Mujahid was briefed by Adel al-Jarmouzi, head of the real estate documentation office in the capital, on the office’s responsibilities, which include documenting real estate transactions and managing the documentation process in line with relevant laws and regulations.
He also met with Mohammed al-Jadiri, director of the documentation office in Sana’a province, and Anwar al-Dhafiri, head of the local real estate documentation office, who provided insights into their operations and workflow.
Judge Mujahid reviewed the progress of the electronic documentation system and the integration efforts between the ministry, real estate offices, and other related entities. He emphasized the importance of connecting with authorities such as endowments, zakat, and tax offices to streamline data integration a
nd leverage automation for more efficient service delivery.
The Minister highlighted that effective documentation is crucial for judicial processes and reiterated the ministry’s commitment to improving the performance of documentation offices, particularly those handling real estate matters.
He urged staff to intensify their efforts in serving citizens, underlining the critical role these offices play in facilitating transactions and ensuring accurate documentation.
