King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language Wraps Up Participation in Beijing International Book Fair


Riyadh: The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) has concluded its participation in the Beijing International Book Fair, which took place this year from June 19 to 23 in Beijing, China.

KSGAAL, collaborating with the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission, was part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s pavilion, which was the guest of honor at the fair.

KSGAAL launched a significant project at the event, focused on promoting the Arabic language in China. It entails translating several of publications, such as “100 Questions about the Arabic Language”, “A Guide to Arabic Culture for Non-Arabic Speakers”, and “A Guide for Non-native Learners of Arabic”, into Chinese.

KSGAAL had also prepared guides highlighting notable Chinese scholars, institutions and universities that specialize in Arabic language studies, and unveiled a comprehensive multi-volume book series shedding light on the history, current state, future prospects, teaching efforts, and scientific aspects of the Arabic lan
guage in China.
