Kuwait’s National Assembly Speaker Ahmad Al-Saadoun on Tuesday sent a cable of condolences to Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko, and the Chairman of the State Duma Volodin Vyacheslav over the victims of an explosion at a gas station in Dagestan.
Earlier today, the Russian (TASS) news agency announced that 35 people were killed, and 80 others wounded in a massive explosion at a gas station in the Republic of Dagestan of the North Caucasus.
