Liwa: Lodd Autonomous and Noon carried out the first autonomous delivery operation using drones in the city of Liwa in the Al Dhafra Region, with the support of the Smart and Autonomous Systems Council and under the supervision of the Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility).

According to Emirates News Agency, the pilot operation confirms the readiness of smart delivery solutions to operate in remote areas without the need to rely on traditional road infrastructure.
