Makkah Health Cluster, Integrated Medical Services and Distinguished Achievements During Hajj Season

Makkah: The Heart Health Center at King Abdullah Medical City, a member of the Makkah Health Cluster, is establishing itself as one of the most essential specialized medical centers in the region. It aims to provide integrated, high-quality medical services in the field of heart health and to offer comprehensive and distinguished healthcare to citizens and residents, especially during the Hajj season, which attracts millions of pilgrims from around the world.

The Cluster explained that the Heart Health Center at King Abdullah Medical City offers a comprehensive range of clinical services in heart diseases and surgery, adhering to international standards. These services are provided by a specialized team of consultants and surgeons with rare specialties accredited by major international heart centers, supported by a nursing staff trained in cardiac care.

The Health Cluster stated that the center receives heart cases from pilgrims that require intervention, whether by cardiac catheterization or surgical opera
tions. Additionally, all cardiac care cases are managed with effective coordination between the Medical City and integration with all health sectors in the health cluster.

This effort ensures the acceptance and transfer of cases as quickly as possible, in cooperation with the Red Crescent Air Ambulance Service. This service transports sick pilgrims from Al-Mashaer to the Medical City, avoiding crowding and delays in urgent cases.
