Makkah Security Nabs Four for Hajj Scam


Makkah: Security patrols in Makkah have apprehended four residents, from Pakistan and Myanmar, who were trying to defraud pilgrims through a Hajj scam.

The individuals were promoting bogus Hajj campaigns and selling counterfeit Hajj permits and bracelets. Authorities seized money, seals, mobile phones, and computers used for their fraudulent activities.

The suspects were referred to the Public Prosecution for further action.
