Abu Dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, hosted the speakers of the GCC Shura Councils at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting included several key figures: Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker for the Council of Representatives of the Kingdom of Bahrain; Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, Speaker for the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Sheikh Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council of the Sultanate of Oman; Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim, Speaker for the Shura Council of the State of Qatar; and Saqr Ghobash, Speaker for the Federal National Council (FNC). These leaders are participating in the 18th regular meeting of the leaders of the Shura, Representatives, National, and Ummah Councils of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States. The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation among Gulf Arab states across various fields. Additionally, the participants reviewed several topics of shared interest, aiming to strengthen ties and foster mutual understanding among the GCC nations.
