A meeting chaired by Minister of Health and Environment Dr. Abdulkarim Sheiban discussed mechanism for implementing government priorities program in the health sector.
The meeting, which was attended by Health and Environment Deputy Minister Nasher Al-Qaoud and included the Ministry’s undersecretaries, directors general and offices in the province via video conference, reviewed the difficulties and challenges faced by the health sector in various provinces, including shortages of medical staff, equipment and pharmaceutical supplies, and ways to address them to improve medical , health services and quality.
At the meeting, the Health and Environment Minister emphasized the need to join hands to implement the government’s priorities in the process of radical change, which aims to raise the service delivery level in various government sectors, including the health sector, which serves human health.
Dr. Sheiban pointed out the necessity of submitting monthly reports by the directors general and offices, throug
h which the issues they face are resolved first and foremost.
He emphasized the need to adhere to the official time and promote the values of charity to facilitate the tasks provided to the public.
