Minister of Islamic Affairs Receives Armed Forces Religious Affairs Department Delegation

Makkah: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the Ministry’s Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Works Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh met today with Director General of the General Administration of Religious Affairs of the Armed Forces and General Supervisor of Religious Affairs Camps in Masha’ir Major General Dr. Misfer bin Hassan Al-Issa, along with a delegation from the Religious Affairs Department of the Ministry of Defense in Mina.

Al Alsheikh acknowledged the important role played by the Religious Administration of the Armed Forces in this year’s Hajj season.

Al-Issa expressed deep appreciation for the extensive and fruitful collaboration of the two parties in conducting various call programs and activities.

He also commended the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance for its meticulous work in overseeing the holy mosques and the holy sites, promoting awareness during Hajj, educating pilgrims about the Hajj rituals, and advocatin
g for moderation.

He also lauded the ministry’s tireless efforts to provide the necessary support to facilitate a smooth and comfortable experience for the pilgrims.
