Ministry of Tourism Processes 1,650 Complaints Received Through Unified Center (930)

Riyadh, The Ministry of Tourism has confirmed that the Unified Center 930 is fully prepared to serve pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season 1445 AH.

The center has received approximately 2,600 complaints and inquiries regarding Makkah’s hospitality facilities and travel and tourism agencies.

The ministry has processed 1,650 of these complaints and inquiries. The center operates 24 hours a day throughout the Hajj season and all days of the year to receive comments, complaints, and inquiries about services provided by hospitality facilities and travel and tourism agencies.

The ministry stressed its commitment to promptly and effectively addressing all matters brought to the center, making it one of the most effective means of ensuring the best services from hospitality facilities so that pilgrims can perform their rituals with ease and reassurance.
