Dubai: The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has announced a strategic partnership with GFS Developments to launch the Smart Housing Forum 2025, which is set to take place in Dubai this October. The forum will be held under the theme ‘Innovative Solutions for Smart and Sustainable Housing’ and is aimed at strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors to advance the sustainable housing ecosystem.
According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement was signed in Dubai with the presence of Dhallal Khalifa Al Falasi, Assistant CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, and Irfan Wahid, CEO of GFS Developments, along with several senior executives from the company. Both parties have committed to enhancing the strategic partnership to establish the forum as a leading platform for showcasing the latest global innovations and best practices in the housing sector.
Haitham Abdulrahman Al Khaja, Director of the Communication and Marketing Department at MBRHE, stated that the Smart Housing Forum represents an important platform to highlight innovative and sustainable solutions in the housing sector. He emphasized that the partnership with GFS Developments is a reflection of the establishment’s commitment to attracting strategic partners who support Dubai’s vision for sustainable urban development and the objectives of the Dubai Urban Master Plan 2040.
Irfan Wahid of GFS Developments expressed his pride in the partnership, stating that the company is delighted to collaborate with MBRHE for the Smart Housing Forum 2025. He reiterated their commitment to supporting national efforts in developing innovative and sustainable housing projects that enhance quality of life and reinforce family stability.
