Dubai:The Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is set to commence at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This annual event will gather 1,000 key leaders from both government and private sectors.

According to Emirates News Agency, the Forum serves as a platform to advance Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's vision for a world-class leadership ecosystem. It aims to foster an agile approach to leadership that anticipates future opportunities through innovation and swift execution.

Organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, the event will highlight Dubai's achievements and strategic direction while promoting integration across various government entities. It also seeks to sustain excellence and reinforce Dubai's global competitiveness.

Mohammad Al Gergawi, Chairman of The Executive Office and MBRCLD, emphasized the importance of cultivating leaders capable of adapting to global shifts and future trends. The Forum will include panel discussions, workshops, and keynote addresses to explore leadership development and strategic projects in Dubai.

The event will honor the recipient of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Medal, launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to promote excellence in government leadership.

In addition, the Forum will feature Leadership Majlis meetings on topics such as future economy, smart infrastructure, and global competitiveness. It will also include the graduation of new leaders from MBRCLD programs and the signing of partnerships with global institutions.
