NWC Conducts Over 4,100 Daily Laboratory Tests for Water Quality During Hajj Season

Mina: The National Water Company (NWC) continues to perform continuous laboratory tests on water to ensure its quality and compliance with international standards for drinking water.

The NWC significantly amplifies these activities, which are an integral part of its operational system, to provide the best services to the pilgrims during the current Hajj season of 1445 AH.

The company stated that its operational plan for this year’s Hajj season includes several aspects of serving the pilgrims, including ensuring the quality of the water provided.

Field teams collect samples from the main sources of drinking water, operational reservoirs, strategic storage tanks, as well as water networks in the holy sites and Makkah throughout the Hajj season, operating 24 hours a day.

The NWC emphasizes that its workforce comprises qualified and specialized national staff who conduct more than 4,100 daily laboratory tests on water during the Hajj season.
