NWC Provides 13 Million Cubic Meters of Water in Madinah Ahead of Hajj Season

Madinah, The National Water Company (NWC) announced the success of its operational plans in Madinah, distributing over 13 million cubic meters of water ahead of the Hajj season of 1445 AH, from 15 Dhul-Qa’dah to 7 Dhul-Hijjah.

The company stated that this success represents a continuation of the support and guidance provided by the government to ensure the pilgrims’ comfort.

Under these plans, the company continued pumping drinking water around the clock to the Prophet’s Mosque and other religious sites with a daily distribution rate exceeding 604,000 cubic meters.

The company also conducted around 20,628 laboratory water quality tests. Additionally, the operational and maintenance teams carried out over 2,520 operational tasks and over 140 field rounds in the central region.

The NWC affirmed its commitment to enhancing its work and monitoring the operational plans. It pledged to harness all efforts to provide sustainable and high-quality water services, aiming to deliver the best services to the pilgrims
and visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque.
