Over 53,000 New Companies Join Dubai Chamber of Commerce in First Nine Months of 2025


Dubai: Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers under Dubai Chambers, has announced significant achievements during the first nine months of 2025. The chamber welcomed 53,838 new member companies from Q1 to Q3 2025, marking a year-on-year growth of 4 percent and showcasing Dubai’s global business appeal and ability to attract foreign direct investment.



According to Emirates News Agency, the value of members’ exports and re-exports rose to approximately AED260 billion, a 16 percent increase compared to the previous year. The chamber issued 627,908 Certificates of Origin, reflecting a 9 percent growth from 2024, and processed 3,743 ATA Carnets for goods valued at around AED3.69 billion.



Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, emphasized the emirate’s progress as a global business and finance hub, supported by an integrated business ecosystem that boosts investor confidence. He reiterated the commitment to strengthening Dubai’s business environment to align with investor expectations and support the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).



During this period, the chamber facilitated the international expansion of 90 local companies, a 20 percent increase from the previous year. It reviewed 42 laws and draft laws in collaboration with Business Groups, achieving a 64 percent adoption rate of private sector recommendations, a significant 31 percent increase from 2024. The chamber also held 223 meetings with Business Groups and Business Councils, recording a 68 percent year-on-year growth.



The chamber organized 25 legal events to raise awareness of laws and regulations, attended by 1,702 participants. It received 146 mediation cases, reflecting an 11 percent year-on-year growth, with a combined case value exceeding AED230 million.



The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses, under Dubai Chambers, launched three advisory services, issued a directory of family business advisors, and graduated 29 participants from the Dubai Family Business Management Programme’s second cohort. The centre hosted four events under its ‘Governance Series,’ offering insights from global experts.
