Abu dhabi: Presight AI Holding PLC announced its financial results for the three-month and six-month periods ending 30th June 2026, indicating a strong growth trajectory in revenue and profit amidst a dynamic regional operating environment. The company reported a 36.1 percent year-on-year increase in Q2-2026 revenue, reaching AED713.2 million. EBITDA rose 37.4 percent to AED143.7 million, while profit after tax increased 30.2 percent to AED116.8 million.

According to Emirates News Agency, Presight's revenue for the first half of 2026 rose by 28.9 percent year-on-year, amounting to AED1.4 billion. EBITDA increased by 23.2 percent to AED302.7 million, and profit after tax grew by 19.5 percent to AED250.7 million. The growth was attributed to effective backlog conversion and AED2.5 billion in domestic renewals and new agreements, covering mission-critical national platforms and new deployments across sectors such as public safety, non-kinetic defense, mobility, customs, audit, and SME enablement.

Presight achieved a 100 percent renewal rate across major national-level programs, highlighting the critical role of its solutions and the durability of its customer relationships. The introduction of new use cases further demonstrated the company's ability to extend its AI capabilities across government and enterprise environments. International revenue also showed strong momentum, with a 19.1 percent year-on-year increase in Q2-2026 and a 39.9 percent increase in H1 2026.

International markets contributed 26.7 percent to Group revenue in H1 2026, up from 24.6 percent the previous year. This performance was fueled by ongoing multi-year deployments in Kazakhstan, Albania, Jordan, and Africa. Presight also pursued its 'land and expand' strategy by initiating new engagements in Kazakhstan and Montenegro, and AIQ expanded its international pipeline by piloting projects in three new target markets.

During the quarter, Presight continued to enhance its AI innovation and commercialization ecosystem. It selected 12 high-growth companies for the second cohort of its AI Accelerator Programme and showcased its AI-Native Workforce Lab at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs' Agentic Government Retreat. Here, 94 representatives from 24 government entities utilized Presight's sovereign AI platform to design, train, and deploy 118 AI agents across 21 workflows.

Thomas Pramotedham, the Chief Executive Officer of Presight, emphasized the resilience of the company's growth model despite operating challenges. He noted the potential for deeper leadership in the UAE, accelerating international strategies, and advancing AI solutions that deliver significant outcomes.

Presight's revenue base was characterized by high visibility and resilience, with multi-year contracts constituting 93.5 percent of Q2 revenue and a backlog of AED4.9 billion as of 30th June 2026. The company maintained a debt-free balance sheet with AED2.0 billion in cash and positive operating cash flow of AED14.3 million during the quarter.

Presight's medium-term guidance remains steady, supported by a strong backlog and continued momentum in both domestic and international markets. The company targets a revenue CAGR of 20-25 percent, an EBITDA CAGR of 23-28 percent, and a profit after tax CAGR of 21-26 percent for the 2025-2029 period.
